It will depend on your choice of dress how important your abs will be, but keeping up with your cre exercises can only do good for you on the long run. 3. Choose Your Workouts AccordinglyFor upper body, focus on exercises like chest presses which target more than one muscle group. For the shoulders, lateral raises and front raises will target the entire shoulder area. For your lower body, hip thrusters are perfect for targeting glutes. As little as 5 minutes of interval training can add up very quickly so forget excuses of being to busy, take a short break and pump out squats and press-ups wherever you are. 6. Prioritize Hard WorkoutsIn other word don't settle for low effort. Whatever you do, give it your best, whether that's swimming, cycling, running or a gym session. Ensure that by the end of the workout you feel pleasurably tired and have achieved your workout goals for the day. 7. Keep It ConsistentHave you achieved your wedding dress goal too early? Great, nice work! Just make sure you stay on top of your workouts and nutrition all the way to your wedding day. Once you’ve fit into your wedding dress, you’ll want to maintain that weight instead of overdoing it or getting lazy. If you don't need to lose weight, calculate how much you should eat to maintain that weight and complete your workouts to further sculpt your body but also make sure you allow enough time for recovery. 8. Maintain a Healthy LifestyleIt’s understandable that you want to enjoy your time and let yourself go, especially on your honeymoon. You'll know your boxing session went well when you feel it everywhere around your torso. 10. Use Cheat DaysCheat days are fine, but don’t turn it into two or three in a single week or a full cheat weekend if you can help it. Plan events (such as your hen party) on your cheat days. Even if you fall off the track for a day or two, get back on it as soon as you realise and work on how to keep your focus. 1-2 days won't make a huge difference unless you let it become weeks or months. 11.
